Welcome to Pou Vell! This cozy and rustic villa lies at a wonderful place in the north of the island and offers you the comfort of a home that will make your holidays an unforgettable experience.

The two-storey villa with a size of 142 m2 counts with 3 bedrooms and is ideal families or groups of friends. In the 1st floor you will find two bedrooms. The first one has two single beds, and the other one is fitted with a double bed, which also has an en suite bathroom. The bedroom located in the ground floor counts with two single beds. There are three bathrooms. Two upstairs, one with shower cabin and the other one with bath tub. And one is downstairs, which only has WC. The whole accommodation is equipped with air conditioning.  
  
The whole villa emits a warm and peaceful atmosphere and is an excellent choice for those seeking relaxation. Sit down in the spacious living area and spend your time reading a good book, watching television (Satellite) or a film (DVD player) or just take a nap. The adjoining dining area is fitted with a nice table and seats for 6 people. In the independent kitchen you get everything you may need for preparing your meals: a toaster, coffee machine, microwave, , vitro ceramic hob, dishwasher, electric oven, cutlery, kitchen appliances and a refrigerator-freezer. Of course there is also a washing machine, an iron and ironing board.   
  
The exteriors are beautiful: step outside and have a barbecue, swim in the pool or just relax in the terrace. The porch is furnished with a table and seats for 6 people. Next to the private pool, 8 x 4 meters, there is an area with sun loungers for you to get tanned. There are 5.500 m2 of land with lots of almond trees, orange trees, etc.  
  
There are no direct neighbors and the house and its installations are completely private. Pets are welcome upon request – please ask before. You will be able to park up to 3 cars outside the house in an uncovered space.  
  
The house is only 0.6 km from the closest village, Búger, and 4.5 km far from Sa Pobla, where you will find most of the things you will need during your stay: supermarket, medical center, pharmacy, bars, restaurants, etc. The beautiful village Pollença is also quite close. This place is worth a visit, you will enjoy its tiny cobbled streets with lots of shops, you will be able to go up to Calvari, a tiny church on the top of the village, where you will enjoy the astonishing views of the surroundings.  
  
In only 20 minutes driving by car you will reach the beach of Capellans / Can Picafort. Pass a pleasant day on the fine grained sand beach or enjoy a cocktail while watching the sun goes down. You will find a good Paella restaurant there, a typical Spanish rice dish with meat, vegetables and seafood. Very tasty and spectacular views included! Apart of this beach area discover the main beach of Can Picafort with its animated sea promenade, the quiet zone of Playa de Muro and the crystal clear waters of the beaches of the municipality of Alcúdia.

#### Da wäre mehr gegangen

Komplette Ausstattung extrem veraltet. Diverse Teile defekt, wie z.B. Duschhalterungen, Polsterauflagen, Vordach der Terrasse und vieles mehr. Der Backofen war ein dreckiges und stinkendes Objekt. Alle Matratzen ( bis auf das Doppelbett ) komplett durchgelegen. Wir haben uns wirklich gefragt, warum es nicht möglich ist für diesen Preis einen einigermaßen akzeptablen Standard zu bieten. Zustand der Finca stammt aus den 90-er Jahren ! Schade - wir hatten uns sehr auf diesen Urlaub gefreut.

Really nice house, great pool and a beautiful grilling area! Contrary to what is claimed, the house had both a kitchen and a Wifi connection, so don’t be thrown off by that. The only thing that annoyed us slightly were 2-3 cats that tried to get food from us, but other than that, nothing to complain about! One small advice: Don‘t follow the directions from Google Maps, they are inaccurate. Drive as claimed in the PDF provided by Homerti in one of the emails.

#### Schöne Finca in ruhiger Lage

Die Finca liegt am Rande des Ortes Búger im Landesinneren. Der Ort ist ruhig und wenig touristisch. Es gibt im Ortskern einen Bäcker, ein Restaurant und einen kleinen Supermarkt. Man erreicht schöne Strände in 20-30 Minuten mit dem Auto. Die Finca selbst ist schön und ruhig gelegen. Wir haben einen tollen Urlaub dort verbracht. Die Klimaanlage, die man im Sommer braucht, in den oberen Schlafzimmern und im Wohnzimmer funktioniert perfekt. Das untere Schlafzimmer ist nicht klimatisiert. Die Küchenausstattung ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen und die Außenbeleuchtung auf der Terrasse ist sehr grell, was aber nicht schlimm war - wir haben uns mit einer Nachttischlampe und Kerzen beholfen. Wünschenswert wäre ein Ordner für die Gäste, in dem alle wesentlichen Informationen zur Finca kurz erklärt werden (u.a. Schalter für die Poolbeleuchtung, WLAN Passwort). Wir konnten mit der Agentur aber alle wesentlichen Fragen schnell klären.
