Upon entering the property, you will be received by an impressive rustic house surrounded by a lush lawn and an inviting pool. The pool is equipped with 6 comfortable loungers to enjoy the warm Mallorcan sun. Next to the pool, you will find a covered area with a table and benches, a ceramic barbecue for family gatherings, and refreshing outdoor bathrooms. Additionally, there are armchairs to relax and an outdoor shower. Complete your experience on the spacious terrace on the first floor with an umbrella and a table for 6, offering idyllic views of the surrounding nature. Inside, a spacious entrance hall welcomes you with enough armchairs for everyone's comfort. Die Einrichtung ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber uns hat das nicht gestört. Man könnte aber ein paar Dinge erneuern und dann ist etwas weniger wieder mehr. Die Eigentümerin kam jeden Tag um Ihre Hühner zu füttern; was uns absolut nicht gestört hatˋ aber eine Info vorher wäre da schon angebracht. Die Eigentümerin spricht nur Spanisch ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Die Geräuschkulisse durch die Tiere auf dem Anwesen und der Umgebung ist in der Nacht teilweise sehr laut. Der Pool war sauber und groß genug für Kinder und uns! Nach Alcudia fährt man ca 20 Min und zum Strand ca. 15 Min. Einen schönen entspannten Urlaub für diese Zeiten haben wir erlebt. Trato directo con la propietaria, muy maja y de buen trato. Pongo tres pegas: 1- Falta de limpieza. La dueña me dijo que los anteriores inquilinos se habían ido pocas horas antes de nuestra llegada y que lo sentía si no había quedado todo correcto. Siento que fuera así y que se diera un palizón, pero no es mi culpa. No veo justo pagar lo que he pagado para encontrarme las cosas así. Tuve que limpiar el baño yo con lejía, tuve que limpiar también la cocina porque me daba mal rollo... Había restos de champú, jabón o lo que fuera en la bañera, restos de pelos en el desagüe, manchas en la pica del baño, los grifos con marcas... En la cocina, el lavavajillas olía raro (ni lo usamos), el microondas con suciedad, sobre todo en los mandos de fuera, la pica mal limpiada... Detalles que no gustan. 2- Los colchones son muy malos. Muy blandos. Tienen mucho uso. 3- No cuidan los detalles. La ropa de las habitaciones, sábanas, colchas, se notan muy usadas, las colchas con muy viejas, incluso con zonas desteñidas. Parecen sacadas de casa de mi abuela. No gusta ver como algunas fundas de almohada son mas pequeñas que la propia almohada. Las toallas de baño igual, súper viejas, como si fueran las que le han ido sobrando por casa, sin tener ningún cuidado por ellas. Algunas con manchas del uso que ya no salen. Es lo que digo, la casa es tremenda, pero no el interior, esos detalles... He pagado mucho dinero por una semana y esperaba que fuera todo con una calidad más alta. No son detalles que valgan mucho dinero y creo que no cuesta mucho mantenerlos bien. Vermieterin sehr nett und zugänglich, brachte uns unerwarteter Weise typisch mallorquinischen Kuchen zum Frühstück vorbei. Perfect for families! We had a great time in Buger. The village Buger is not very interesting. Just a supermarket, pharmacy, bakery and 2 restaurants. But it's walking distance from the house and Buger is not far (15 - 20 min) from the nice beaches of Pollenca and Alcudia. Also just 25 minutes from Palma. The house is spacious, with 3 nice bedrooms - all with aircondtioning, and the downstairs living area is also big and fresh, It's a perfect house for families. The Pool is big and has easy steps going in. Also the sunbeds are comfortable and the outside kitchen is cosy and perfectly in the shade for lunch and dinner. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this house! ##### Isabella L. 2019 年 8 月入住 7 晚 ### 8/10 还可以 #### Marzena N. 2019 年 7 月 31 日 #### Haus mit toller Lage und viel Potential, allerdings etwas in die Jahre gekommen Wir waren zu sechst in der Finca im Juli (4 Erwachsene und 2 Kleinkinder). Die Lage ist toll, da man von Bùger aus überall auf der Insel schnell hinkommt mit dem Auto. Auch Platz war genug für uns alle. An sich ist das Objekt klasse und hat einen großen Pool und Einfahrtsbereich, allerdings stimmt unserer Meinung nach das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis leider nicht. In der Küche fehlt es an Standard Dingen wie einem Schneidebrett, einem scharfen Messer oder einer ordentlichen Pfanne. Wir sind aus der Bot dann los und haben fehlende Dinge besorgt. Die ordentliche Funktionalität des Herdes wird für uns ein Rätsel bleiben. Die Küchenschubladen kommen einem entgegen sowie auch der ein oder andere Fensterhebel. Das Sofa roch leider nach Urin und auch die Außenkissen haben lang keine Reinigung gesehen. Auch die Matratzen und insbesondere die Kissen müssten erneuert werden. Eine gründliche Reinigung (insbesondere unter den Möbeln) ist sehr zu empfehlen. Morgens wird man durch den Haushahn pünktlich um 5:30 Uhr geweckt. Aber am störendsten empfanden wir, das die Eigentümerin auf dem Grundstück ein und ausging - ohne Vorankündigung. Einmal war sie auch im Haus und hat nicht einmal geklingelt, trotz dessen, dass ein Auto in der Einfahrt stand - sie wollte scheinbar Blumen auf der Terrasse gießen - wir allerdings empfinden einen unangekündigten Eintritt ins das Mietobjekt ohne jegliches Klingeln etc als absolutes NoGo. Bei dem Preissegment wäre auch das Stellen von Poolhandtüchern und das Angebot einer Zwischenreinigung wünschenswert. Wir haben uns gefreut dass es ein Recycling Hof in der Nähe gibt, allerdings sollten auch genügend Müllbehälter für eine ordentliche Trennung in der Küche vorhanden sein - ein kleiner Mülleimer reicht da einfach nicht. Wir haben uns zu siebt in der Finca sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Grundstück ist schön mit wundervoller Aussicht und allem, was man braucht. Man kommt zu Fuß gut in den kleinen Ort, wo man auf dem Markt oder im Supermarkt alles Nötige bekommt. Mit dem Mietwagen ist man schnell am Meer und die Lage ist insgesamt super, um die Insel zu erkunden. In der Gegend sind einige Katzen unterwegs, die es sich z.T. auch auf der Terrasse gemütlich machen. Uns haben Sie nicht gestört, aber als Allergiker sollte man das wissen. Die Stromkosten werden extra berechnet (war uns auch bekannt) - da der Strom auf Mallorca relativ teuer ist, darf man sich nicht über die hohen Kosten wundern. K.，Germany 2018 年 10 月 3 日 #### Schöne, ruhige Finca mit großem Pool Wir sind im September zu dritt für 2 Wochen angereist und hatten somit reichlich Platz in dieser schönen großen Finca. Die Finca liegt unterhalb des kleinen und beschaulichen Örtchens Buger. Es gibt eine Kirche, einen Bäcker und ein Restaurant. Die Finca ist sehr ruhig gelegen, nur die Natur meldet sich mit Hühnern, Gänsen, Katzen und Vögeln. Morgens kurz bevor die Sonne aufgeht und die Landschaft erwacht, gibt es hier eine friedliche und schöne Stimmung, mit einem herzlichen Ausblick über die Landschaft. Der Pool ist groß und schön angelegt. Es gibt Sonnen -und Schattenplätze. Die vordere Terrasse am Haus ist riesig und auch mit dieser tollen Aussicht. Das komplette Grundstück ist uneinsehbar, abgetrennt und mit viel Privatsphäre. Die Übergabe mit dem Vermieter war unkompliziert und alles hat sehr gut geklappt. Der Ausgangspunkt der Finca ist aufgrund der Lage im Landesinneren sehr gut. Man ist von hieraus auch schnell an der Küste. Ein Auto ist unbedingt notwendig. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es in den nahe gelegenen Ortschaften. Wir konnten sehr gut ausspannen und haben unseren Aufenthalt in dieser ruhigen und friedlichen Umgebung sehr genossen. Bathroom downstairs needs replacing as the toilet is marked and the bath/shower does not work independently. The beds were very basic. Electric kept going off in the evenings when the lights and air- con was on. We had a break in during our stay, the owner was there very quickly and got a carpenter to repair the patio door. This incident unfortunately upset our two grandsons and with the kitchen door being glass and the outside shutter door not having a lock on it gave us concern that they may come back again. Die Finca ist sehr gut ausgestattet, hat eine schöne Außenanlage, eine riesige Terrasse und bietet einen tollen Blick auf Muro. Vom Balkon aus kann man das Meer erkennen. Vier süße Kätzchen hatten es unserer Tochter besonders angetan.
