Enjoy refreshing baths under the Mallorca sun in its private 9m x 6m pool, surrounded by 8 comfortable sun loungers where you can tan under the Mallorca sun. The house has several terraces where you can relax reading, enjoy sunsets or simply enjoy the calm and tranquility created by the environment. For barbecue lovers, large grill with outdoor kitchen located on the large terrace with a table for 8 people, where you can enjoy culinary moments outdoors. Live the Mallorcan essence in this rustic farmhouse, where tradition and comfort are combined. Its high ceilings with wooden beams and thick walls ensure a pleasant temperature all year round. Among its spaces, a central dining room, a cozy living room, and a fully equipped kitchen stand out. The house has four bedrooms, two of them with a double bed, and three full bathrooms, two with a shower and one with a bathtub. The ground floor room has a ceiling fan for greater comfort.
