Easy to get to other more busier locations as hotel is in a 'quieter' area of Malta. The balcony door was left open on one occasion by the housekeeping team. There is always plenty of food choice at breakfast - no matter what time of the morning. Slightly confusing as to where/what floor the front ...
Breakfast mass catered and not very good. Hotel decor old fashioned from the 90s but spotlessly clean, lovely large rooms and charming staff. They charge printing for boarding passes which is a bit cheeky for a five star hotel. Free wifi. Brilliant location and lovely pool.
This was our third visit and always had a good experience at this hotel. Staff are excellent, facilities good and the hotel was very clean. Only complaint would be the lack of choice for dining although a good restaurant a few minutes walk. There are also bus stops near the hotel with frequent services ...
Very convenient location, near bus and ferry stops, and many restaurants. Helpful and friendly staff. My room wasn't one of the balcony rooms so, even though I had windows, they opened onto a shaft and provided almost no natural light. Large bathroom, television, wifi, safe.

Apart of this and long wait at reception everything was perfect ...

While the room was undoubtedly nicer, the bathroom was a bit cramped, but I'm afraid the big let down was that the air conditioning didn't ...
Stayed in the Intercontinental Malta with my husband + 3 yr old Positives: 1.) Location - very central, across the road to Baystreet shopping complex, surrounded by plenty of restaurants/cafes. Being next to the strip of nightclubs did mean we often had to walk past lots of loud music, but this didn't ...
