"The staff are friendly but need more confidence/ability to use English. If you have a Filipino in your group they will use Tagalog all the time. You can arrange your airport transfer and any tours with the staff, they are helpful with that. They know the town of Coron, and local area well. There were a couple of issues with the gents toilet seat and taps, which they weren't able to resolve in our week-long stay. "We love the location as it immerses you in the local life. Everything is walking distance but if it’s too hot, tricycles are easy to come by. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Our family of 4 enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back!"

"We had a wonderful stay overall. The hotel staff were incredibly helpful, friendly, and always willing to assist, which made our experience even more enjoyable. The hotel was clean and well-maintained, and our kids absolutely loved spending time in the pool. Breakfast offered a good variety each day, which we appreciated. The food overall was decent, although it wasn’t particularly memorable. The only downside during our stay was the bathroom. The shower glass door was incomplete, causing water to spill onto the bathroom floor after every shower, which was a bit inconvenient. Despite this minor issue, we had a pleasant stay and would recommend this hotel to families looking for a clean, comfortable place with excellent service."

We stayed in a villa with a private pool, which offered the perfect combination of luxury, comfort, and privacy. It was a relaxing and beautiful space where we created lasting family memories. What impressed us most was the attention to detail and the consistent level of service across the resort. Whether arranging transportation, assisting with activities, or simply checking on our needs, the staff always went above and beyond.
