“The wreck dives are great but my family didn’t like it as much. The diving team Tom, Iko and Shay are all great. They are very knowledgeable and personable. Service at the resort is impeccable. MJ, Naomi, Steph are great. They always accommodate our dietary restrictions at breakfasts, lunches, and dinners. The bar tenders are also great. It is a full bar but don’t expect to get high quality spirits. We had a villa on the beach with Air Conditioning. The A/C helps if you are in bed just below……

“Two Seasons Bayside Hotel is a modern hotel in Coron town. It is not near to the pier but taking the tricycle only costs one Php15 for 10 mins. The hotel itself is a bit small but the room is cozy and comfortable. Breakfast is standard. The hotel has a infinity pool facing the sea and the view is amazing in a sunny day. “When we arrived we were immediately greeted, welcomed, and shown to our room. The hotel was clean and the rooftop views are wonderful and even better than pictured in the photos. The staff was very attentive and helpful. The location of the hotel is perfect proximity to the main walking street, bars, restaurants, seafood markets. The hotel staff connected us with the best tour guides. We had a very great stay, thank you to all the staff.”

“前台服務員的表現親和力佳，但我一定得拿出訂單號碼就感覺有點不好，當時我跳島回來東西有點多，手機又沒電，但服務員堅持一定要有訂單編號，讓我覺得有點麻煩，不是飯店都會有客人名單嗎？房間整體乾淨整齊，空間也很大，住起來挺舒適的，但一進廁所就有潮濕悶久了的味道，聞起來很可怕，而且給我的大毛巾也是有潮濕悶久的味道很重，使我不敢用那條毛巾，我對於味道的部分很在意，如果能改善就能更好了”

"The hotel overbooked and tried to move us to another place across the street. We were already at the lobby, but they still wanted to give our room to other guests who hadn’t arrived yet. We had confirmed all the booking details through email before the trip, including the room type. In the end, the four-person room we booked was changed to two double rooms. The staff at the front desk was emotional and said this was the best they could do. Very unprofessional and disappointing. I don’t recommend this hotel and I will never stay here again."
