“スタッフがフレンドリーでとても親切でした。シャワールームのお湯の温度と勢いは普通ですが我慢できるレベルです。部屋数は多くはありませんが清潔で気持ち良く過ごせました。入り口には警備員がおり防犯対策としては良いと思います、深夜にはスタッフはいなくなりますので警備の方がスタッフのかわりをしていました。また利用したいホテルです。”

"我訂的是海景家庭房有客廳、餐廳及二間臥室，下午四點check in 時，居然有一位男性服務人員（看起來像是主管級），告訴我說，目前沒有這樣的房型，他能夠給我二間一般房型（只一間海景），我當下就「堅定回絕」，我已經提早一個月付費且事前就拿到確認。 而且這二種是完全不同的價格。 經過櫃台人員的一番討論之後，另外一位櫃台人員說，房間已經在準備了，大概5分鐘就會好。 我感覺，那位男性櫃台像主管的人員，好像要唬弄我，我訂什麼房型就給什麼房型不知道這有什麼問題。 這樣感覺不是很舒服！ 其他的部分都不錯，環境優美乾淨，人員客氣有禮貌"
