8.8/10 Excellent! (2,561 reviews)
Reception specifically stated this ADA accessible room had been renovated after Covid. Absolutely cannot be true ! Flooring is from pre-2010 (I have the same in my house ! 😂
Mattress is old and sagging with a lumpy pillow top to disguise the age. Pillows lumpy.
Contemporary sleeper sofa, 2 chairs, coffee table, 4 seat dining table, side table and cabinets all in decent shape.
Carpet in need of steam clean and other floors were not clean when we arrived.
Kitchen and bathroom open with under counter room for footplate, good roll in shower except wand is totally not ADA friendly, washer/dryer in bathroom is not accessible and leaked all over the bathroom floor and outside the hallway,
Bedroom is small for wheelchair (have to back in beside bed) and closet doesn’t open with wheelchair in place, ironing board does not collapse so it sits open inside that closet (making it inaccessible).
Good full size fridge, coffee maker, dishes, cookware, utensils. Good access to parking. Wide, easy to open doors but no push buttons anywhere.
Nice clean well maintained pool with lots of loungers and tables with chairs. Very high hinge on gates (not easily accessible from chair). Ramp access from 2 opposing gates. We did not try the pool lift but it looks a bit aged. All in all, we would stay here again because it is in a good location, with good parking, and felt safe, but we did also find the weekend rates to be overpriced considering the condition and need for renovation.
