“When reviewing a property of this type you must remember that these are 'throwback" motels from probably the 1950s. The room was basic, but functional, it was clean with tiled floor and freshly painted. The A/C unit was kinda loud, but it was fully functioning. The door lock worked, but I give it about a 2 or 3 out of 5, it needed some work, room 111. The room had a refrigerator and microwave, which I did not use. There is much potential to the property, it is on a very large lot. Parking……

“Don't come here！！！！Upon arriving at the hotel, the first issue we noticed was the strong smell of marijuana permeating the premises. Outside our room, there was a group of intoxicated individuals shouting obscenities loudly—this immediately made me and my family, who are new to the U.S., feel extremely unsafe and anxious, especially as a young woman staying there at night. When we entered the room, the conditions were even more appalling. The bed had visible bloodstains, oil stains, and dark……

“This room was petty expensive, over $100 and i was excited because they had recently remodeled. However, my room must've gotten all the old stuff from the new rooms. The bed was sagging and made very sloppy. The furniture had burns in it and was outdated. The ac unit was old as well. The security lock was gone and replaced with something old as well and the patch job was horrible. The worst was the repair to the door to block the 2 inch gap. They had scrap wood held together with duct tape and……
