But they need management overhaul. The staff is alright, they seem overworked and lacked resourced. For such a big hotel with 150 villas spread over 20+ acres they had just 2 buggies for handling luggage. If this was a Asian resort they would have 10 buggies riding at every whims.

“Try to get there before 3pm so at least u get some form of orientation and any necessary changes to the room if need be. We checked in after 3pm so we were kinda helpless. The floor to the room was sandy, a towel was stained, there were no instructions to wifi or just simple orientation card was missing.
