I’d received a message saying the property manager would be on site to provide details, but instead, I received a message while driving with confusing instructions. Our room was on the third floor, we were told it would be on the second floor. But they apparently count the first floor as not a floor so the first floor is upstairs. “The host was disinterested in the fact nothing in the unit worked. No TV, but worst of all there was not a working kitchen. There is a propane stove with no propane. We even tried to buy cold, no cook foods and found no useful dishes. A moldy, coffee pot. She told us we could leave, which we did after one night, but as of yet, no refund. We paid for a month. VRBO TAKE ACTION!!! SEND BACK OUR MONEY!!!”
