It was an Amazing experience. The staff is kind and helpful, from entering into it first to saying it good bye, the experience was one of the best. The staff is kind and helpful. Great helpful staff, clean and spacious rooms; The (all inclusive) buffets had amazing variety and available on extended hours (while the food quality was above average, personally, I would have preferred a more focused menu with more attention to each item).

Best hotel and family vacation resort

Amazing hotel! Uludag is one of the most beautiful and virgin ski mountains I being too. The place is incredible the hotel service and facilities wonderful, all included food, alcoholic beverages and entertainment. The ski in and out perfect. Fully recommended among all others in the area.

Overall it is a fine hotel in a good area!

We group of 3 people (my wife, brother and I) stayed at this hotel for 2 nights. From the very beginning we loved the lobby design that looks better than the online pictures. Caring staff immediately took our bags and asked us to relax in lobby area and they offered us tea, and wait for our chekin and room keys. Then our wonderful expectations started to fall down. Tea was not brought, then we have been accused that we paid only for two people, and needed to pay extra for another person (our reservation clearly says that we paid for three Adults, one triple room with one double and one single bed). We were told that the general manager will come to us, and we waited for more than 25 mins and he did not showed up, we had to look for him ourselves. Then we were given a room with three single beds, and then given another room with connect two single bed and single matrases, that is simply unacceptable, then the next room was a proper bed, but the lamps and the telephone did not work. In the end we had a normal room, but it took us at least 4 hours at the fact that we were very hungry from a long road. During our holiday sauna did not work. It features as all-inclusive hotel only until 11.00 pm. Food quite tasty and varied.

This hotel was so nice. We almost stayed at a new hotel next door for twice as much but they were full. However, after checking out the newer hotel I’m glad we stayed at Kaya. The difference was not twice the price. In fact I would stay again at Kaya even if the newer hotel became available. I really liked the feel and the beauty of this tastefully decorated hotel. All inclusive is a super deal. The food was fabulous, the service was classic elegant Turkish hospitality where they went out of their way to meet your needs. They even sold us some tire chains one morning when it snowed and came out and put them on the tires for us! (Of course I tipped them). I felt like we were eating all day, the nice lounge at the entry is beautiful with live piano every day at tea and wine time. There was even a Shushi bar in the restaurant. I travel extensively and can say this is a really nice hotel for the price, lavish enough to feel like a real treat, comfortable, ski resort feeling at the same time.

Horrible food

We stayed in the room 101 for 2 nights. The room was spacieuse and nice , but all night the smoke of cigarette was coming in our room . We ordered some côtelettes 30minutes later they said it is not good if we can take something else like brochettes we agree and again it was not good at all it had a bad smell and weird taste so they changed and gave us sucuk. I don’t think we will come to your hotel again.

Poor ski room. Lockers for rent in an all ski resort??? Good rental skis. Good size rooms. Clean. Poor lobby and poor coffee area. Spa average to poor - not clean enough for a spa. Dinner and food in general poor to average at best. Feels more like a discount hotel.

Resepsiyon, restaurant ve bar personeli güleryüzlü ve yardımseverdi. Odalar yenilenmesine rağmen yatak ve banyo konforlu durumda değiller, verilen havlular çok eski. Her şey dahil konseptinde sunulan yemekler çeşitli ve iyi olmasına karşın şaraplar tek çeşit ve iyi değildi. Barda sunulan sıcak ve soğuk içeceklerden memnun kaldık. Kayak odasından pistlere erişim diğer otellere göre zor, özellikle yeni başlayanlar için uygun değil. Kiralama fiyatları 1. Bölgeye göre pahalıydı, kayak eğitimini ayarlayan kişilerin davranışı hoş değildi.

The halls and our room smelled like cigarettes, no non amoking policy implemented. The food was good, the staff friendly, but our room was not cleaned for three days despite hanging the “please tidy my room” sign. The ski equipment were good and cheap, but had a hard time communicating with the people in charge because non of them spoke English.
