“This is my 3rd time at the Bolholt hotel! The room was clean and had everything we needed for our 10 day stay. Food at the hotel is excellent and the staff are very helpful and friendly. ”

“Staff were kind, courteous and efficient. The room was well equipped, clean. The spa and facilities appeared clean and well maintained. A great night at the function in the Pennine suite food was hot and tasty and the staff were efficient even with the individuals with allergies.”

“Amazing stay, with a full kitchen, living room, bedroom and en-suite. The lodge is detached from a large house but there is dedicated access and the location is perfect! Just round the corner from Heaton Park, which is a lovely bonus. If you want some autonomy and the ability to cook, this is fantastic, one of the best stays I have had and I travel a lot.”

“I booked a triple room, but all the amenities provided were only for one person — one duvet, one towel, one cup, and one set of toiletries. This is clearly unacceptable for a triple room. I reported this to the reception and explained that it was not an urgent request, and I would be fine if the items could be delivered later in the evening. However, the staff showed a poor attitude, were unwilling to help, and simply replied that they were busy without taking any further action. On top of that,……
