The room was very large, very clean, had a computer in the room, fancy bathroom, bathrobes and slippers .Convenient to subway, approximately 1/2 hour from airport. Friendly staff. Room price included basic breakfast Wouldn't hesitate to recommend this hotel.

What an amazing hotel in downtown Busan! I usually don’t write reviews but for this hotel I have to. The hotel is located in the middle of Busan with free parking at affordable price. The room is surprisingly spacious with separate toilet/sink/shower and tub. Front desk staffs are extremely friendly and kind. They were very quick to respond to my questions even before check in. Highly recommend this place.

Near to Lotte Mall. Many local foods around the area. A convenience store just few steps from front door. Staff were helpful and nice. The room space is very big when comparing other hotels in the area with the same price. Water pressure is great and room is really clean. Highly recommended.

Fine but could be managed better

The hotel is well situated but the management could be improved. The AC in the room was Ok but behaved strangely, turning itself off for unknown reasons. The breakfast is minimalist. In summer , the corridors inside the hotel are hotter than outside, suffocating.

This hotel is hard to fault. For the price, the rooms are fantastic - very clean and modern with an excellent bathroom. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful and allowed us to store our bags after we checked out. The hotel is centrally located in Seomyon, 5 minutes from the metro station, with good access to buses, food places and convenience stores. Whilst the included breakfast lacked a huge selection, consisting of coffee, cup noodles, toast, eggs, fruit and rolls, it was a nice addition. The only slight issue was the lack of a safe in the room - however this wasn't too much of a problem. Would highly recommend.

Todo iba muy bien hasta que al empacar para mi salida me di cuenta que no estaban unos tenis que llevaba, pregunté y me decían que ellos no los tenían y hasta me hicieron dudar de si los había dejado en algún otro lado hasta que viendo mis videos y fotografías del viaje me percaté que efectivamente use esos tenis durante mi viaje en Busan y regresé con ellos al hotel. El personal del hotel indiferentes no hicieron nada por investigar, se tardaron 3 minutos “preguntando” si alguien los había tomado o visto, pero obviamente nadie aceptó nada. Mis prisas por ir al aeropuerto hicieron que me fuera, pero si me da mucha tristeza que me haya pasado eso en uno de los mejores países a los que he ido. Conclusión: cierren sus maletas con todas sus pertenencias dentro (incluyendo calzado) con clave o candado, porque EN ESTE HOTEL ROBAN.

It’s 2nd time to stay but it’s very noisy from toilet flush /shower sound from other rooms during nights Which we haven’t had this experience at first time. Besides, there is one night after dinner, I back to room around 8:30pm. My friend’s room was open. There is one house keeping looking round my friend’s room without our permission. It’s not allowed to enter the room after 4:00pm.We just shopped and back to hotel around 5:30-7:30 and when out around 7:30. The house keeper apologized to me. She was convinced she shouldn’t do it.I don’t think I would book this hotel again
