The room was disgusting, booked last minute on a whim, based on price and location to my event. The pictures on the Hotels App is a representation of the hotel from 20 years ago. We didn’t shower the bathroom was so gross, the room had the bed jammed in the corner of the room, carpet peeling off, peephole covered over cause it was gone off the door, toilet paper holder half hanging out the wall. Ice machine broken, hallways aren’t clean. Had 3 of the smallest most over used pillows ever asked for more, staff said they didn’t have any. We then covered them in our own shirts for sleeping.
If I thought there was a chance I’d get my money back I’d have cancelled and booked else where but didn’t want to be out on a hotel twice. We questioned the continental breakfast, some muffins, yogurt and cereal with big notes on everything “food stays in kitchen area”.
