“When we got to the room and inspected it the tub was filthy so we moved to another room that didn’t smell the best. We ended up checking out Sunday and did stay the second night after we had made prior reservations for 2 nights”

She gave us the keys of a room that had a couple guest already inside the room and she say that the room should be available. Maybe the system was not correctly updated? Hard to know.
