“Room was not cleaned, when I called to the front desk they told me they cleaned the rooms every other day. Which is unheard of.! then I went to the front desk in the morning and they changed their story that they do clean the rooms every day, one manager at the desk, said they cleaned them every day the other clerk says they clean them every other day. They didn’t know what the process was? When checking in, the card reader on the door did not work, I went down to the front desk and was given……

“Property is OUTDATED it feels like the late 90’s, bare minimum on everything. Bathroom window was broken and wouldn’t close…. Notified staff everyday only to have nothing done. No breakfast area on property, laundry area never opened on time as listed on the door. The best thing about this place is location on the beach. I would never stay here again. EXPEDIA this is not a HOTEL it’s an apartment. Make this your last option to rent.”

“There wasn’t anything I came across that needed immediate attention other than the commode tank was awfully warm the water intake was hot… I reported it, seems they may have had repair done and the hook up is wrong… they said they’d have someone come look but no one came… it wasn’t affecting our stay and I did report it. I am not going to chase that it was reported. That’s on them.”

“Two comments: 1- About the room, it was very comfortable and quiet during the night. Just one recommendation to keep improving. There were some dust behind the TV table, next to the 120V power split that connects a few devices(microwave, fridge and the TV ) 2- We (my wife and myself) were very well impressed with the front desk attendant's proactiveness during our check in. She followed us to the room to make sure that it had all the appliances and that they were working well. We made……
