“The staff were nice but the laundry room was awful dirty nasty old it was so gross using there laundry room but I had no choice to use it after checkout I went to a clean laundry mat to rewash my clothes, the air condition in my room was running on one filter it had two slots but one was missing, the floors were very dirty I had to clean it myself the shower had stains I had to bleach it myself the carpet was stained and dirty it was nasty as hell I understand they were remodeling but still it……

“Our stay was only for one night, as we chose this hotel because we had an early morning cruise to the Bahamas the next day. Unfortunately, our experience started very badly. The person at the front desk who greeted us was unwelcoming. We felt very uncomfortable from the moment we arrived and certainly did not receive the warm welcome we expected. First impressions matter, and sadly this one was very disappointing.”
