This Westin appears to have been a very nice hotel at one time. But it is definitely showing signs of age. Much of the furniture in my room was stained and worn. There was a 12" tear in one of the curtains. And the tub/shower needed servicing. The staff was very nice, helpful, and courteous and the food I had at the bar was very good. So A on service but it is ready for an update.

Hotel is decent for the money. The rooms are spacious but slightly dated, specifically the bathrooms. The shower in our room was very finicky spewing water both from top and bottom faucet heads despite manipulation. The water in the shower was very yellow as well, not sure if it was a city issue or a property problem. Lastly, house keeping only comes on request or on the 3rd day of your trip which can be frustrating when you have kids and need fresh linens. We ended up calling for house keeping daily but we didn’t always get serviced. The hotel did the trick for us however and did provide us a safe quiet place to sleep and rest at night. The pool was very nice and warm. And the hotel lobby was very clean and welcoming.

The toilet overflowed. They fix the toilet, but left the bathroom disgusting. Did not replace the towels that were on the floor holding the water till I requested two times. Pool did not have any pool towels.

There was a small problem with the booked room due to staff shortage and we were transferred to a better room right away. The view was beautiful and the beds were some of the best I've ever slept in.
