“It is behind SM so it's very convenient. You just walk 2 minutes to SM. This is a basic hotel. They have fridge downstairs drinks beer and simple breakfast. Silog meals.”

“There's a new 7-11 just across the road from the hotel. But if your transaction are by the main road. The road to JC Aquino is almost inaccessible on foot as it muddy and lots of puddles. Difficult to walk around so you need taxi or tuktuk all the time.”

“The room was not at my standards. The air-conditioning would never get really cold! There was rust spots on the ceiling in two spots! The staff was very pleasant and friendly. ”

“3rd time staying here I was really disappointed in the room. It was clean the housekeeping staff was GREAT just like the rest of the staff. Martty is a GREAT GUY. The newly rehabbed was done by a bunch of amateurs. We couldn't open patio doors because the patio screen doors didn't line up to close completely therefore we were attacked mosquitoes on a daily basis. I asked for a different room and was willing to pay for upgrade. Maybe I didn't talked to the right person.”
