The finished basement is the 4th bedroom with 3 full beds and a full bathroom. The home is located on 3 1/2 acres of property with gorgeous mountain views and a private swimming pool for your use. The large driveway allows for parking multiply vehicles and boats. You can have your boat in the water in a matter of minutes or lounge by the pool. We have a baby bed and high chair located in the master bedroom closet for use if you have an infant. Great family vacation rental

Property was perfect for our family weekend at the lake. Just a short drive to Starpoint marina. Plenty of sleeping areas for everyone in our family. Property was very clean.

Great family vacation

Once again a Great family vacation. Plenty of parking for vehicles and boats. Close to marinas the pool was a great plus for the grandkids and house was perfect for all of us.

Great family vacation spot!

The house was perfect for my family of 4 adults, a 2 year old and our dog. The house had plenty of space and we basically lived in the pool. Definitely recommend!

Beautiful House and Property

Great location that is close to Sunset Marina. Kitchen is well stocked for cooking. Nice gas grill. We enjoyed both the covered front and back porches. The grandkids loved the pool. It was shaded in the morning and late afternoon which was so nice! The home is very clean and comfortable!

House was exactly as described! Lake & Sunset Marina are very close. Rented pontoon boat from marina - staff at marina were awesome! We loved the pool and lucked out on the weather! Would definitely rent the house again!

End of Summer Fun

This property was very spacious for our party of 9. It is well stocked, from the kitchen to the linens. We enjoyed the pool as well as the close by marina. Owners are very responsive.

Cozy and inviting atmosphere!

We have loved coming to visit with you guys for several years now. This property has a little bit of something for everyone. The beautiful pool, picturesque atmosphere, and the feeling of being right at home is exactly what you want when you’re spending time with your family. The host is always very friendly and welcoming, very responsive to any and all needs as they may arise. We have always been very pleased with our stay and will continue to visit in the future.

Great location, lots of space both indoors and outdoors, pet-friendly.

My daughter and son stayed here with their kids (my grandkids) and two small dogs. The house was nice in the fact that there was lots of room for everyone to spread out. The pool was a nice touch and the kids especially enjoyed that. The location was great in that it was close to Sunset Marina, the grocery store and some restaurants. The owners were quick to responnd if we had any issues or questions.

Foothills Festival with Family

First, we will be back. The owner was easy to work with and very responsive. The house was perfect for our group. We look forward to renting again so that we can enjoy the pool, unfortunately, it was too cold this time. The house had everything, large serving platers & bowls, room, and seating, we needed to entertain our family that lives in the area. Lots of room for all. Thank you for such a perfect place to stay!

Great Location to Sunset Marina

This property was just the right size for 4 adults and 3 teenagers. We had one good day of weather and spent it on the lake, however, the girls would have loved some pictures by the pool—it looked as if maybe it was in the process of being drained and then just left. It was green and not covered for winter yet. There is a nice fire pit area that we took advantage of several nights. Bring your own chairs! The driveway is a little narrow, but has ample parking. The only other “issue” we had was finding the trash cans outside for pickup. The detached garage has a do not enter sign, but that is where the trash cans were located. Overall, we had an amazing trip with lots of memories made and would absolutely stay here again.

I recommend this property. The pool was fantastic and very clean. The water pressure was great and it is super close to sunset marina. The check in and out was very easy and the host had excellent communication. The lighting in the living room and bathroom off the kitchen is horrible. It is dim and definitely needs an update. It gives a dungeony feel. Also, be aware that the kitchen has nothing but salt and pepper. Bring everything you will need for cooking. The grocery store is not too far away. There is also a Dairy Queen super close!!!! We would come back again.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. There was plenty of room for us to spread out. Communication was great. We all loved the pool even after being on the lake all day. Marinas are close by so you can get the best of both worlds.
