This is a lovely hotel - would highly recommend for folks looking for accommodations close to the heart of it all with a very lovely staff.

This hotel was wonderful, but the staff are the best staff out of any hotel. Some of the nicest people ever—especially Ricardo. He was the best, and went truly above and beyond. Once in a lifetime service and accommodations. Also great location. Take advantage of the boat service + deck service, and if there is any question the staff will help. The only issue was the room cleanliness. There were random bits of food on the floor, and the cleaning staff left their gloves on the floor (I have a photo). Would recommend again.

Hotel is beautiful and the room was very clean, the fridge was always stocked and beds were made and the trash was taken out each day. Breakfast was delicious and staff were friendly.

The Hotel Antiche staff is superb. On arrival they explained clearly where we were in Venice and provided us a map, circling things we were interested in. They are located directly across from the train station, so when you arrive you just walk out, over the nearby bridge and a bit down to the hotel. The only not great aspect was the elevator was out of order. A staffer carried our luggage up for us and down the next day, but it was clear it had been broken a while and is something that needs to be fixed. Our room was very clean and very quiet. Breakfast was amazing. There was almost anything you could want from fresh pancakes to rolls to yogurt to cereals to meats to cheeses to fresh fruit to even more. You do need to pay attention to signage, as the eggs are raw. You can soft or hard boil to taste, but don't pick one up assuming it's cooked, because it's not. From our passports, they realized it was my birthday and a beautiful breakfast cake was delivered to us. Very rich, we had two small slices and gave the rest to the staff. They helped us find a porter to take all our luggage to the taxi stand, which may not sound like much until you consider bridges are the only way you get over the canals in Venice and they all have multiple steps. We picked this hotel based on location and ended up with a great find we would happily recommend.
