The staff is very helpful. If you need something they are very accommodating. The location is great. It is close to all the shopping. They have a dock right outside the hotel that can bring you by private transfer ($$$). Another option is the "bus taxi" where you bring your luggage on and you get off at San Marco Vallossa. Its a 5 min walk. If I can do it, anyone can! The breakfast is ok. Downside for travellers. The hotel needs to update the rooms and repaint. No elevator. 2nd floor = 4 flights of stairs but they have someone that will bring your luggage up to your room and back down. It is a very busy dock and used for bringing supplies to all the businesses nearby in the morning- very noisy. But All the waterways are noisy, Welcome to Venice!!

Highly recommend, staff went out of there way. The room had a boutique feel, it was marvellous to come back from sight seeing to a jacuzzi bath and relax. It’s a prefect location

Shocking lack of five-star service for a pre-paid booking. As long-term luxury travel enthusiasts who spend months on end at premier global properties (such as The Dorchester and The Balmoral), we understand what five-star hospitality should look like. Unfortunately, our arrival at Ca’ di Dio was entirely inconsistent with these standards and deeply disappointing. The Issue: We booked and fully pre-paid for a "Triple Room" (inherently licensed for three occupants) nearly a year ago. Upon arrival, the front desk flagged a system error on their end that registered our 9-year-old son as an infant. -The Handling: While administrative glitches happen, the evening team's handling of this was unacceptable. We waited hours for a resolution. We even went to dinner at Essentia hoping it would be sorted by the time we finished, but absolutely no progress had been made. -The Communication: There was a complete lack of updates or communication from the staff while we were dining. -The Current State: The room capacity is legally correct, the booking is settled, and the staff has already removed the crib since the existing king bedding is perfectly sufficient for us. We do not require a rollaway bed or a room change. Pros: The physical property is beautiful (though minimal/lacking art). Head Concierge Ivan is amazing. Service staff is also incredible. Cons: The front desk management and customer service fail to meet basic luxury hospitality standards. Perhaps inexperience.

The Eurostars Hotel was a lovely place for us to stay during our short weekend trip to Venice. The location was great and tucked away from all the crowds, but just a short walk away from anything we wanted to do. I absolutely loved Venice, and half of that came from where we stayed, so I definitely plan to be back. The room was clean, the property was very nice, and the staff was so kind.
