From the moment I walked in from check in I was directed to our Tower with a map, no offer of a bell hop of luggage and had to walk through a carpark which was confusing and smelled awful from all the shop bins. Then to arrive at my apartment to have most awful stench and rotten smell like someone had cooked the night before some greasy foods which made the the entire apartment smell, we could not breath all night and had to open the doors and turn off cooling as it made it better. The beds and pillows were so uncomfortable which left for a terrible nights sleep, in fact the worst we woke up with back pain. The couches and floors felt dirty and also had dampness smell. We found 2 dehumidifiers machines running in our room which were not allowed to touch but they were running all-night and we couldn't stop them. Also, no pool towels were provided and no direct line to reception and again we were forced to walk through the underground park to get from tower 2 to reception. Ocean view was the only nice thing about this apartment, I will never stay here again, the staff weren't friendly or inviting just rude and all they cared about was ensuring we checkin COVID safe and took our $300 bond charge which we are still waiting on refund for. We also thought this was a 4 Star hotel and we thought it was a hotel with servicing and WIFI that was free. The photos on Expedia or online are totally misleading and the hotel does present nicely at the hotel. The decor was plain and basic.
