"The spa was top tier, sauna, hot tub, steam room, comp fruit, tea water, pool area was clean and beautiful, lounge area outside with live music, three restaurants, food was amazing, the smell throughout the hotel was so beautiful. I will definitely be back and next time I will bring my children so that they can experience Egypt as well. My daughter and I are black from Chicago and California and we felt safe walking around there are a lot of street vendors and ppl selling trinkets but you can negotiate the price for sure. "

The food quality is excellent, with a wide variety of options available in the buffet at both breakfast and dinner. If you want to visit any place, there is dedicated staff with very knowledgeable guides. The hotel has its own dinner cruise on the Nile. The dining experience in their revolving restaurant at the top is a must, offering exceptional food quality. "

"Very clean spacious room with an amazing view of the sphinx and all three pyramids. Kettle in the room and bottles of free water everyday. Breakfast was with freshly made falafel, eggs, yogurt, etc. Entrance to the pyramids is five steps away! Super convenient. Very nice and accommodating stuff. Sharif was extremely helpful and friendly, and a very nice guy at breakfast ( unfortunately, don’t know the name). Very pleasant stay overall. The terrace with the view is amazing! Open all the time- from breakfast and to eat takeout or watch lights show in the evening."

"Mr. Ahmed Magdy was very friendly and accommodating! We left our extra luggage there for 3 days while we went on a Nile cruise. The hotel is lovely and very conveniently located to the airport. The free shuttle was on time. We would stay there again! "

"The location was perfect and gave us a stunning view of the pyramids from the restaurant balcony and was located right by the pyramid entrance and right next to rooftop 7000 restaurant. The air conditioning was excellent and we were able to easily schedule pickup from the airport and transportation. "
