The hotel itself is stunning elegant, peaceful, and beautifully maintained but what truly made our stay exceptional was the staff. Every single person we encountered was warm, attentive, and genuinely committed to making our experience unforgettable. Whether it was at reception, in the restaurant, or by the pool, the service was consistently flawless. The team anticipated our needs without ever being intrusive, and always greeted us with a smile and sincere kindness. Our room was immaculate, beautifully decorated, and offered breathtaking views. The attention to detail throughout the hotel from the thoughtful amenities to the impeccable cleanliness was truly impressive. The food was another highlight. "Property was immaculate. The front desk staff were awesome, Bar staff Mario And his sidekick were great. Mario makes a killer whiskey sour. The restaurants on site were on point and kept the food interesting by shaking up the menu daily. Breakfast was always exceptional and lots of options from American to Italian. The pool is gorgeous and the private beach and water are stunning. There are loungers at pool and beach. There is no hotel bar/ food service down at the beach but there’s a small local bar on beach separate from the hotel. Or you can bring your own drinks/ food. The rooms are perfect and have everything you need. Housekeeping staff are trustworthy as we left valuables in our room and never had an issue. There’s even a small gym if you care to work out on vacation. There’s a spa on site but we never used it as we spent all our time at beach/ pool. The young staff/ employees are still going through some growing pains as the busy season starts but all in all they did a flawless job and will only get better and better with time. This stay was 11 out of 10, so great !! Thanks to the Cala Staff !! "
