"We loved our stay at the resort. From the private pools to the tranquil spa and idyllic surroundings, the experience was amazing. The staff was absolutely wonderful as well. "Our trip around Sardinia was otherwise perfect until we encountered the blonde woman at the reception desk who spoke Russian. I must say, I have rarely felt so mistreated. Her behavior was unprofessional and immature, and she urgently needs training in customer service and proper communication.
It's unfortunate that one person can so negatively impact the overall atmosphere of a hotel. I would think twice before staying here again if this is the kind of treatment to expect."

"We had an amazing stay. The owner of the property Massimo was in regular contact with us before and during our stay making sure all was in order. Mrs Milena the hostess on the property was so helpful and friendly that we felt very cared for. The apartment complex is in an great location with a huge clean swimming pool. Every major tourist town and beach is within a 25km radius.The apartment was clean and spacious with an amazing view. We can highly recommend. Richard & Ingrid "
"It’s a lovely property and there are not a lot of options anywhere near as nice. The staff are all super friendly, competent and lovely.
Sardinia is surprisingly rigid about most things but this resort was so laid back and nice, while also very competent. I had a terrible flight situation and they were just fantastic helping me last minute. My friends at other (much more expensive but no where near as nice) hotels were so jealous! "
"Great stay. You need a car to get around. The place was very clean. You do need to get your own soap and toilet paper which we were not ready for. Had to make a few runs to the grocery story. "
