“I have forgotten to take back my passport during checkin. On the next day of checkout I was super panic that I have lost my passport. I searched all my luggages and could not find it. At the end I realized the receiption has kept it. I am UNSURE why they did not return the passport to me to my room.
A large part of the bathroom facilities are rusted making it a bit uncomfortable. ”
“We like the free availability of filtered water (cold/hot/carbonized) from the kitchen. The bed was comfortable.
We disliked the condition of towels (old). We disliked to see the poor pool maintenance - the water was dirty and couldn't use it. We disliked the condition of the bathroom - the faucets were tricky to use and water temperature kept changing.”
