“I have forgotten to take back my passport during checkin. On the next day of checkout I was super panic that I have lost my passport. I searched all my luggages and could not find it. At the end I realized the receiption has kept it. I am UNSURE why they did not return the passport to me to my room.
A large part of the bathroom facilities are rusted making it a bit uncomfortable. ”
“O hotel é realmente novo, os quartos são bons e as instalações são boas porem ele não é um hotel de quatro ou cinco entrelas como anunciado.
Boa parte dos dias o hotel ficou completamente escuro a noite, dependia da lanterna do celular para acessar o meu veiculo e circular nas areas do hotel, o café da manhã é extremamente simples com pão, queijo, presunto e ovo somente.
No dia do checkout ficamos sem energia e não pude nem tomar banho para sair”

Some staff at the reception were not so helpful (deadline for ordering takeout breakfast was 8 pm, we got back at 9 pm the receptionist said, you are too late for ordering breakfast. I said, OK tomorrow morning please put a couple of fruits for us to have AFTER we get from our early morning tour. She said NO! I said, but the buffet will be there, just put a couple of things in a bag for us…she refused….!!!!)
