"A quiet, clean, and spacious room. A comfortable bed. An excellent breakfast both mornings. Francisco (at the front desk) spoke excellent English and gave great advice for restaurants and activities. When I return to Bacalar I will stay here again."

"We were really pleased with our stay at the AGAM - it was well located about a five minute walk to the lagoon and ten minutes to the zócalo. The hotel is beautifully kept with a nice pool and garden, and clean and stylish rooms. The bed was comfortable, though a little on the firm side. Breakfast was really nice, and the staff were fabulous. We had help booking tours, and when there was a medical emergency they really went above and beyond to help sort out some logistics. Abril, in particular, was incredibly kind and helpful during our stay. I would happily stay at the AGAM again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it! "
