All but one staff member were absolutely amazing. Their breakfast is great, way more options than we expected, the employee who takes care of the breakfast is super attentive as well. The fitness center is a little lacking, but better than nothing. The parking being paid is a little annoying but understandable. There are however,a lot of homeless individials walking through the lot (i believe a shelter is right behind the hotel) . The shower doors are all pretty much broken (they slide open while showering). I would stay here again when in the twin cities.

No hot tub. It was out of order. "Arcade" machines were very very poor. No way to even move the toys, coin slots jammed so you couldnt use quarters. No pool towels available all weekend.
