The room was not cleaned completely. There was stains on the table by the telephone. Also, we had the "Do not disturb/sleeping" tag on the door because we did not want housekeeping and it was ignored. Housekeeping still entered the room.

Rooms were not ready for check in till 5:30. We were in town for a concert at us bank stadium and missed the opening act as we could not check in. A lot of unhappy people in the lobby, not just me.
