I appreciated the location of my accommodation, which was conveniently situated near shopping centers, diverse dining establishments, and accessible public transportation. The rooftop area was particularly enjoyable at night, offering a refreshing breeze and a panoramic view of the city skyline. Regrettably, I was compelled to evacuate the premises following an earthquake that caused minor cosmetic damage to the building and raised structural concerns for me regarding the safety of the foundation and supports. The staff members were exceptional—friendly, courteous, and highly professional, providing excellent service throughout my stay.

De tres días que estuvimos alojados del 17 al 19 de octubre de 2026: 1er día, la limpieza de habitación solo la realizaron en las horas de la tarde, cuando llegamos a la habitación. 2o día, no dejaron toallas, tuvimos que reclamarlas en la noche. Un detalle muy significativo, tiene que ver con el hecho de que éste establecimiento no cuenta con atención en la noche, cierran la administración a las 12 de la noche y abren 8:00 am del día siguiente. Si alguien tiene una emergencia ? Dónde está el seguro hotelero ? A quien se recurre ? Es patético que te entreguen unas llaves adicionales para usted entrar y abrir la puerta exterior del hotel. No cuenta con vigilancia, ni sitio seguro para vehículos. No contaba dizque esa semana con servicio de desayuno. Una experiencia muy desagradable y NO recomendada hasta tanto no mejoren el servicio

La habitación y el lugar estaba muy limpio, el único inconveniente fue con la ducha que no drenaba el agua y la solución no fue oportuna. Necesitan revisar mejor la habitación y su funcionamiento antes de que los huéspedes se encuentren con estos inconvenientes. No pudimos usar la ducha más de una vez. Y no nos cambiaron de habitación. Nos tocó esperar al siguiente día para pedir que nos cambiaran para podernos bañar. El servicio al cliente fue amable pero nada eficiente.
