"We have our boat at Mariner’s therefore we have stayed at many of the places there. This one was the worst one so far! Besides being located in the bottom floor we walked into a musty smelly condo. There are stains all over the carpet and sofas. The kitchen appliances were old and the oven was not clean on the inside. The pots and pans were greasy and dirty in the cupboards. To top it all off the carpet that end, right before the kitchen, had exposed nails and two of us hurt our feet on...

"My wife and I stayed for the long 4th of July holiday weekend. The walk-out balcony offers amazing views of the lake and mountains. The condo is comfortable, clean and met our needs. Only two negatives. One, the television only had a 16-color display. Something obviously wrong with it so we couldn't watch TV in the evenings. The other item was that there seemed to be fruit flies (of some sort) living in the kitchen sink drain. So they were a bit of an issue when we were preparing / eating...

"Is a little pricey but the location is awesome. The carpet was disgusting so you are required to wear shoes all the time. There were only two trash bags and they were so thin they just rip by looking at them. Overall we had a great time but there are a few things to make this condo top notch, for that reason we gave four stars."
