"Berry Hill Resort is a gorgeous, top-notch historical site with all the amenities and comforts needed for a restful vacation, wedding or anniversary celebration, family reunion and any other occasion. The resort is pet-friendly and guest-focused. Breakfast is nicely done with delicious hot foods, muffins and pastries, fruit, oatmeal, juices and delicious coffee. The staff members are very pleasant, helpful and well-trained in the fine art of hospitality and service. The guest rooms are elegantly furnished in period decor, the bed comfortable and the room, bath and coffee areas are spacious. We stay at Berry Hill Resort several times a year and are always pleased with our visits."

"In Room 215, the bathroom door is badly damaged and wooden splinters are visible from top to bottom. In these surveys, include a section to upload at least 2-3 pictures. This will allow you to see what we see in the hotel rooms and hopefully the deficiencies can be addressed immediately."
