Hotel fit the bill for a short stay, but room and amenities were not as updated as expected for the price. During a heatwave, the room and hallways were much hotter than the outside air. Though there are limits to what the hotel can manage without AC, opening some windows or encouraging airflow with fans in hallways of the hotel may have helped cool the entire building down. Benefits: very convenient location, quiet room with beautiful view of the countryside, and helpful staff, but would also consider other locations for a next trip.

Lovely hotel in a great location just a few minutes flat walk from the town centre, the on site parking was a bonus, never ate at the hotel as we were spending time at our daughters but everything looked great
