“Great location, great view, great room and a nice "garden" touch, everything exceeded my expectation! Until I looked for the amenities: no shapoo/body wash, a couple of gold hari on sheet (I'm Asian), no kettle. They were kind enough to provide kettle though. I saw espresso machine but no coffee, they provided some upon my request. But I was quite suprised they charged me all those when I checked out - a finglenail size coffee cream cost 1 Euro! Oh, parking is 10 Euro a day. Keep on the good……

“Very nice staff and nice beach in the front of hotel”

“We stayed at Hotel Balneari Termes Orion for 3 nights at the end of May 2026 to attend the wedding of a friend who got married close by. Friendly, helpful staff, who were very accommodating. The breakfast buffet is great, with lots of options, worth spending the extra money. Lovely cocktails at the bar too. The rooms were great - good size, comfortable bed, air con worked really well and large, powerful shower. Lovely pool, with lots of sun loungers and umbrellas. You get a towel voucher……

“Property was a nice walk to the local beach and restaurants. Pool was nice and plenty of sun beds. Close to shops which is ideal and plenty of free parking around outside. Staff were all polite and helpful when required.”

“The staff was rude and unhelpful. We waited in the donning room for 20 minutes for assistance, but we had to leave because we were ignored. Our room smells bad, and they said nothing could be done—very poor customer service. ”

“Very disappointing experience for a supposedly 4-star hotel. When we arrived, the air conditioning in our room was not working, and the temperature was around 30°C. It seemed the staff already knew about the problem, yet the room had been assigned to us despite being prepaid. We were told there was nothing they could do because the hotel was fully booked. The receptionist was polite, but we were asked to contact the manager ourselves. The manager replied that they would look into the issue, but……

“排場做的很好 細節不到位 裝修很美 在山裡 但是房間的床品很差 頂多三星水平 床墊 床單 枕頭 根本不是高檔貨 睡的不說服 景色不錯 可是周圍除了hiking路線沒什麼景點 看一天山景也就無聊了 spa很漂亮 可惜有小孩的只能9-10點 2-3點兩個時間段去 所以池裡擠滿了家庭 簡直就是covid溫床 餐廳不好吃 服務員都是附近村民沒經過服務訓練的樣子。 其他設施還是不錯的 給四星 除了以上這些問題 不自駕的話坐巴士到esclat超市下來打電話給酒店訂taxi 大概14歐左右8分鐘內 反正這邊taxi很貴”
