“The communication with this host is not good. It made check in a little frustrating. However, the villa is very nice and new. My only complaint is there is a washer but no dryer. To make it worse, there no designation to air dry our clothes either. We had to gather all the hangers in all the closets and dry them randomly around and outside of the villa.

“We arrived at 9:55pm due to plane being delayed and reception apparently closed at 10pm. While telling us they could not find our booking, one of the person working there told us to contact hotels.com and ask for refund. We had to insist to finally get someone looking for our booking after 1 hour. On the checkout, same attitude, very impersonal and no care at all. “The hotel was good but I found it annoying that they insist on you using their app to book activities and order food but they do not have WiFi around the property. Only in the main lobby. So unless you bought a Vietnam sim or have your own WiFi you cannot use the app. I suggest they improve WiFi around property if they insist on customers using the app.
