For the price paid it was decent enough and functional room for an overnight stay during work trip. Obviously the hotel could do with a bit of renovation and sprucing up. But they made up for it with the lovely staff. Definitely recommend for short stays, their Chai is first class!!

Receptionist was very helpful. Location is good and parking plentiful. Beyond that there is nothing positive to say. Room was adequate but terribly maintained. No access to restaurant. I really would suggest that you don’t stay here.

It was quite basic but adequate. Needs upgrading. Dull brown decor not very inviting. dirty stained mirror in bathroom.shaver light didn't work. Kettle balanced on very edge of table only just reached socket - dangerous Beds clean.electric radiator worked, hot water good. Only one bedside light for double bed.

the reception specs guys was so kind and helpful.

During my recent stay at the hotel, I had an absolutely wonderful experience. The room was cozy, beautifully maintained, and had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. From the moment I checked in, I was greeted warmly by the staff, especially two individuals who made my stay even more enjoyable. The reception staff was incredibly attentive—one of them, a healthy, energetic guy, was always cheerful and eager to assist with any requests. He made sure everything was smooth from the start, giving a welcoming vibe that made me feel right at home. Another standout was a staff member with glasses, who was equally kind and helpful. He went out of his way to ensure I had everything I needed and even recommended some fantastic local spots to visit. His attention to detail and willingness to assist really stood out, reflecting the great hospitality of the hotel. Overall, I left feeling impressed by the exceptional service and warm atmosphere. The helpfulness and friendliness of the staff made my stay truly memorable, and I look forward to returning and both the guys was so good if am not wrong there name was abhimanyu and nikhil

Basic, cheap but reasonably comfortable.

Unusually i didnt check this place out but was within the area i wanted to stay and priced sensibly, now i know why! From the outside it looks like an old style chinese restaruant and after checking in, i dicovered the rooms were accessed through patio doors in the restuarant area a bit like an added on annexe. The room was warm after putting on the heater, the window overlooks the car park so no privacy unless you shut the curtains, no toilet paper in the bathroom had to go back, nothing to stand on when coming out of the shower, cold slippy tiled floor, new bathroom door which doesnt close properly and at least two inches short, so gap under the door! TV virtually at the top of the wall not far from touching the ceiling. Didnt have food or drinks, these areas never looked open. no wifi except in bar area, been once wouldnt go again. basic isnt the word. was given the credit card reciept that hotels dot com paid them with, so have part of someone elses credit card details, grey painted wooden bedroom furniture with wood colour coming through, bed was comfortable, room reasonable size but facilities basic.

Plenty of on site free parking. The hotel is was cheap and basic. The nights I stayed were a Friday and Saturday. On arrival the solitary member of staff indicated they could not serve any food that evening as they had no chef. If I wanted to eat locally there was a kebab van a 10 minute walk down the road. I could order breakfast if I paid in advance. I eventually drove to the nearest village just over a mile away and brought fish and chips. I noticed a pub or 2 in the area but decided that this would be my one and only stay at this facility.

In spite of the friendly and helpful staff, unfortunately the property need significant investment to thrive. Very dated, bathrooms need replacing, doors need replacing, windows are small. It looks as though bedding is washed domestically rather than commercially, leaving tired staines on bedding. If you are young and need a cheap place to stay then this will be totally fine. However, if you have learned to appreciate the nicer things in life, then spend more and enjoy a different hotel. We got there, felt very welcomed, sat in the room for a few minutes and then booked a different hotel and left unfortunately.

The guy on reception was not at all friendly, causing one of his colleagues to step in. She was friendly. Sadly the room was not great. The toilet seat was hanging off, and the sink tap was loose. The bathroom floor was filthy with mould on the silicon and a number of insect criters crawling on it. The advertised restaurant was closed so had to go out for foor, wont be staying there again.

I’m sorry to say the property was not what I expected ! No hot water so I couldn’t have a shower when I got there at 9pm or one when I had my hospital appointment at 8am. so I wasn’t best pleased. And to top it off the heater in the room is not fit for purpose it was freezing I will go there ever again. I will be requesting a refund as the hotel is not a nice place to stay. But I will say the staff were pleasant but I didn’t go there to talk to the staff.
