"First of all - we paid double via Expedia compared to the couple in front of me (which paid to the hotel directly). Two things about the hotel we liked: breakfast and the pool. The lady that “welcomed” us at the reception was pretty unfriendly; the hotel was really rundown (starts with a dirty carpet when you walk inside from the parking lot, the balcony floor was horrible condition). And worst: the checkout time ist 10:00h am!!!! The same time the pool opens - I can't imagine any worse customer...

"Es war alles bestens. Die Reinigung für 85,00 liess leider etwas zu wünschen übrig. Frau Schäfer war rührend und hat sich um alles gekümmert, auch als das Wetter den Pool verschmutzt hat, war sie gleich zur Stelle und die Kommunikation war bestens. Wir hatten einen entspannten Urlaub, denn es hat an nichts gefehlt.."
