The 4 bedroom, 3 full baths is great for a large family or 2 families vacationing together since two bedrooms have a private bath & all bedrooms have a smart TV. The outdoor space is great to soak in all waterfront living has to offer with plenty of seating, grill & firepit. We had an event in the Camden area, and this was the perfect place for our group. The house was well-equipped, comfortable and in a beautiful location. Be aware there is very little nearby. There is a grocery store, dollar general and CVS, so most basic needs are met. There is a great restaurant called The Pecan in downtown Camden and a drive in type called Jacksons which is also very good. Communication with the owner was easy. There is an outdoor cat that lives on the property that we fed outside every day. If you don't feed it, it wakes you up in the morning, lol. We were there on a research trip, and we had a number of complications with our research, none of it our hosts fault, but they were wonderful in helping us in any way they could.
