Check in was a hassle. Our reservation was canceled after I called to let them know about a late check in. We get our keys and they do not work so we had to wait on getting in the room. Price was a bit high for the quality of the room. Room was clean

Our stay was good. The room was clean, warm, and I got my request for an extra blanket the 2nd night. Breakfast was minimal, but o.k. for us. The Quality Inn was very well located for where we were going on business each day.

CLEAN and Comfortable

The staff was absolutely AMAZING both at check in and check out. This was the ONLY hotel of the three we stayed at to pass the white sox test with flying colors. Definitely check out the hole-in-the-wall restaurant next door. There is a train that runs through the town, but we stayed in the back and weren't disturbed by it.

Comfortable and as expected

Hotel was convenient and we had a fast check in. The room was fairly clean but the bathroom was not 100% spotless. No real complaints other than it is near a railroad and the horns were disturbing to sleep. Breakfast was basic complimentary offerings. No hot prepared items except waffles and toast.
