I was sick for thirty six hours and had to inform mgmt. they were concerned and attended to me but did not offer to comp the extra night i had to spend there…and i had to ask they take the cost of the deadly meal from my bill. The pool is nice and the location near the port is very convenient if you are going to take a scuba cruise. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate special requests. Highly recommend. "Top Tier Customer Service. They are always available and looking to help you with anything. They are also very clean. Wi-Fi is pretty spotty and doesn’t seem to work very well, it’s mainly good for phone use but I couldn’t use it for my laptop. Unfortunately, they don’t do refunds. If you book for 10 nights ad you realize you only want to stay 3 nights they won’t refund you. "
