The hotel is very clean, the staff very nice and helpful, has elevators, and the price is quite reasonable. Our room was comfortable and we enjoyed the shower (not all hotels have nice, clean and well-lit showers). Walking minutes from the Place de la Comédie with its cafés and from the old city streets. "Location directly at a tram stop is excellent. But it is easybwalking to the old town and the train station Room could do with a coat of paint but ovetall comfortable stay. The kitchenette is a great feature."
