Very cool renovation of the rooms and suites in a very old building in the city of Campobasso. Conveniently located in the town. However, be prepared to walk the stairs to your room. We stayed on the top floor, which was 115 stairs up.

Double check with them before booking. Not all rooms have air conditioning. (It was August so this was necessary) The room we originally were given did not so we were moved to 5th floor which was fine but no elevator in this property. Excellent location in area and we did get a voucher for daily coffee and cornetto at the nearby bar.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay but the B&B is not soundproofed and you can hear everything. Forget about having a decent sleep if the other rooms are booked. Also, the shower needs a deep clean - you can tell it is just superficially cleaned only.

No lift, no A/C, no sleep. The Ferrari Suites are located 88 marble steps up on the 3rd floor of a building with only a small sign to the right of a huge wooden door. I alerted the owner/ manager we would be arriving early as she had requested we do. The door was locked. We called the # on the sign and was told no one could help with the luggage until 3:30pm. She remotely unlocked the door and we were shocked to see there is no elevator. Hoping for the best, we left our luggage in the foyer. We hoofed it up the stairs and found 3 keys: 1 for the street door, 1 for the entry to the area of multiple suites and a skeleton key for our room. Despite advertising A/C, there is none. The weather is 90 degrees! The noise from the piazza went on til 4AM every night so we had no sleep. No help to bring luggage down. Huge disappointment!

Superbe hôtel à Campobasso

Super hôtel, chambre magnifique et très propre près de la vieille ville. Le propriétaire est ultra sympathique et chaleureux. Situé au 4 e étage donc plusieurs marches à monter pour se rendre. Aucune climatisation directement dans la chambre mais ventilateur sur place! Je recommande!

Ottima struttura ma posizionata in una zona estremamente rumorosa ( bar e pub ).Non essendoci l'aria condizionata abbiamo dovuto dormire con le finestre aperte. Impossibile dormire con tutto quel baccano.

Blev av n slump mött i entrén. Fick nyckel och kort men ingen beskrivning hur jag skulle checka ut. Släppte nyckeln i en glipa till deras stängda kontor. Ingen ljudisolering mellan rummen. Skön säng, fint bubbelbad och goda möjligheter att ställa in lagom temperatur i rummet.

Struttura in condizioni pietose

Esperienza negativa. Prenotato una camera ma al check in non risultava disponibile e ci è stata assegnata una camera diversa. Parcheggio non disponibile in struttura ma solo in strada e a pagamento. La colazione (che secondo il sito sarebbe stata a buffet) è un misero voucher per un caffè e cornetto al bar. Peccato che il bar era chiuso per ferie. Articoli da toilette inesistenti. Macchina da caffè e bollitore (previsti secondo la descrizione) non pervenuti. Pulizia generale pessima. Asciugamani non da hotellerie ma di diversi colori e già sciupati all'arrivo in camera. Manutenzione generale della stanza vergognosa.

Posizione eccellente e con una bella vista. Era la prima volta che visitato Campobasso e la città mi è piaciuta non molte cose da vedere ma interessanti con possibilità di belle foto anche perchè la cittò è molto gradevole nel suo insieme. Si mangia bene. Interazione con il proprietario ottima.. La camera ampia, luminosa, pulita, un bagno fornito di tutto compreso fono, ascugamani , shampoo e sapone. Non c'era un armadio vero e prorio ma stampelle per i vestiti. L unico neo della stamza , la macanza di un tavolino-

Bellissimo!

Had a great stay at Ferrari Suite. Luca was extremely helpful in answering my questions. One caution: you must be able to walk up a few flights of stairs. As long as you are OK with that, you will be happy.
