Located in Wolfe County, Ky only 10 minutes from the Red River Gorge and Natural Bridge State Park, this completely secluded log cabin is ideal for nature enthusiasts, hikers, rock climbers, off-road adventurers and those just looking for the perfect family or romantic getaway.

Located on 120 acres of private property this is cabin country living at its best with a luxury feel and very easy 2 wheel drive parking! This newly- constructed cabin comfortably sleeps 6. Guests will appreciate the 360 degrees of total privacy surrounding the cabin. Not another house in site. Enjoy sunrises/sunsets/kayaking and fishing at Campton Lake only 2 minutes from cabin. Enjoy catch and release fishing in our 1 acre pond.

This cabin is constructed of solid wood throughout for the true cabin experience. Open concept living area with spacious loft. Living area includes a 55' flatscreen TV (WIFI) and electric fireplace. Kitchen is fully functional with all new appliances. Master bedroom with KING bed and 2 FULL beds in loft. Bathroom includes open, walk-in shower.

So very comfortable and perfect location
Absolutely loved out stay. Secluded, peaceful, and gorgeous . The king bed was like a dream and all the furnishings were up to date and comfortable. It is an easy drive to beautiful sites and restaurants. The hot tub was perfect. Large, roomy, powerful jets, and super clean. I loved everything about our stay. I didn’t want to leave! We will definitely return❤️

Wonderful stay in the woods
My wife and I had a great week of vacation here! The cabin is newly built and of great quality. The bed was comfortable, the kitchen was well equipped, the place was immaculately clean, and had everything you’d need for a week stay. Access is easy via paved road and just a couple minutes out of Campton. All the rock climbing and hiking of the gorge is easily accessible from here but is located in a nice, low traffic area. The hot tub and hammock were great for relaxing and everything was very well taken care of. The quality of everything was a step above all other rentals I’ve stayed at in the past and I’d highly recommend this as a place to stay. It was obvious that the owners care a lot about providing a wonderful experience for their guests and were very helpful with any questions we had.

Perfect Private Location
Whispering Hemlock was the perfect spot for a short trip with my husband. We spent most of our days hiking in the Red River Gorge and surrounding areas. After a day of hiking we would come back to enjoy the hot tub! Everything was super clean. Highly recommend and would stay here again if we were to return to the area.

Beautiful cabin! Super clean! Very comfortable beds! Came to the area for kayaking and hiking, and the cabin's location was excellent! Our family loved the private fishing pond and hot tub. Jonathan was very welcoming, proactive and responsive. Wish we could have stayed longer! We plan to stay again.

Beautiful cabin and close to everything. Plenty to do in the area. The cabin was well equipped, clean and comfortable. Beds were super comfortable. The cabin is private but close to town. My husband and I spent a long weekend here, and it was absolutely amazing! So quiet, clean, and perfect. The owner takes pride in cleanliness, and when they say it’s private…it’s private! Exactly what we needed. We were lucky enough to have some rain which was incredible on the tin roof that covered the hot tub. Communication with the owner was easily and he’s very friendly. This A-frame cabin was adorable with oak furnishings, it was clean and spacious. The hot tub was nice after a long day of hiking and kitchen equipped with items for cooking. Plenty of blankets and the big windows were gorgeous for viewing the outdoors. Love the loft! Thank you.
