“Perfect family get away in Appalachin. The property was extremely clean and included anything you could possibly need from wash washer/dryer, and extra pillows. We didn't cook much, but truly appreciated the many brand new appliances (crockpot, air fryer, coffee maker, blender, and microwave). The outdoor seating on the patio is an ideal space to relax with coffee. Nash is a wonderful, responsive host who has thought of everything guests need to feel at home, from lighting that automatically……

The best part was the fire pit and we were able to purchase the wood and everything to start the fire up with the property. They were very nice. Comfortable beds and had a great night.”

The location was perfect (20 minutes from my parents in Binghamton) and the house was big enough to give our two families space when we needed our own space. We enjoyed the beautiful sunrise and even enjoyed some lake-effect snow the day after Thanksgiving.
