There was no one at the front desk when we arrived, and had to wait several minutes. The room was fine for one night, but it would be cramped if you had large luggage, as there is no closet or dresser. Also, there's only one chair so if you want to eat in the room, you have to sit on the bed. There were two paper cups in the room, that once used for anything other than water, couldn't be used again. I liked that there was no carpeting, but that did make the room noisier, as there wasn't much to dampen sound.
