“I have been here 3 times and this last experience was very forgettable. The quality has gotten worse.
- The bathroom was extremely dirty and the shower was broken when I checked in.
- The drain in the bathroom did not work properly.

“I will recommend this hotel the best if you wanna live close to the SGN airport. You can walk to the terminals within 15 minutes. The room was very clean and comfortable.
When I arrived this hotel it was hours before I can check in, How ever, I need to take out some stuff from my heavy backpack before I went to downtown. “This is an apartment stay rather than a serviced apartment. The amenities are for owners only so we couldn’t use the gym or pool facilities. Talk about misleading listing and photos.
We had to turn on the hot water ourselves. The owner left several of their own luggage in the main bedroom.
They asked for picture of passport and visa of people staying. Then questioned us on whether anyone else was staying … because my family was helping us with the luggage!
