"Great hotel for families, has a pool, hot tub and steam room (nice addiction for the adults). Very spacious room, great mountain views and very easy to get it. It is the last hotel on the downtown strip so it is further out if you want to walk but a very short drive into town. Staff very polite and helpful. Would definitely recommend "

"Loved this property. You can walk through all of downtown Banff perfectly from this location. Quiet and clean. Bed was super comfy. Rooms are very large. Staff is great. Lots of perks like free parking and bus pass. The rooftop has 2 hot tubs that are clean and comfortable. The indoor pool is a bit smaller than I’m used to but it’s still a great perk. Would stay here again. "

"The balcony looking out at the mountains... the fireplace...the swimming area that wasn't overly chlorinated...the outdoor seating area...and the proximity to dining areas as well as other activities made it great. Comfy beds... The staff was very pleasant. "

"There was lots of added value in my stay. The 2 hot tubs and water slides were a bonus I didn't even realize were part of the stay. As well, I was given a 3-day transit pass as part of my stay and used this to save myself a few drives and do some activities I wouldn't have done without a pass. This thoroughly added to my experience. The staff were very helpful in answering any questions I had. Thank you for a wonderful stay!"
