I rated them a bit lower as my experience could have been better.The room was not cleaned properly (hair everywhere, grease on kitchen counter and garbage from previous guest in the bin). I wasted hours waiting for the cleaner and no compensation was offered.The communication between host and property manager was confusing and frustrating. Only at the time of check in they ask for a deposit, instead of requesting ahead of time or reminding guests. This can be a problem if you don't have access to internet and not able to transfer the money on the spot.The studio is very well decorated and functional. The building is small and it offers a roof top patio you can sunbath and a small swimming pool. It seems to be a new built and it's well maintained. Apart from the communication and deposit, check in and out are easy and access in and out to the building and unit are kind of key free (access code to the building and access code to lock box for unit key).I loved the location. It's central enough for short walks to restaurants, cafes, etc. but still very quite area without all the noise from major streets. It's a easy walk to the main train station (access to airport) and many bus stops to all areas of the city.If I have gotten a better service related to the check in and cleaning I would have rated 5 out of 5\.
