This hotel is wonderful. So cute and homey with a beautiful garden and great beach. The rooms are large and have good air conditioning. The hotel includes a hearty and tasty breakfast at Loretta’s Restaurant and Beach resort and access to their beach. Everyone is very friendly and welcoming. The beach has nice sand, good swimming area, snorkels and kayaks. The food there is excellent. We did not even go anywhere else during our 5 day stay! It is within walking distance of Punta Sur and many restaurants. It is located in the southern end of the island which is more quiet. We love it and are going back in 2027.

Wonderful place! Only 10 rooms so it’s quiet, with a beautiful beach club! Staff was very friendly and accommodating on anything we needed. Would come back and stay again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, Lilly was an attentive and gracious host. The room was very nice and comfortable. Loretta’s was a great breakfast spot each morning and our dinner there was very good.

We just completed our 5-day stay at Maria's Kan Kin in Isla Mujeres, and it was wonderful. This is a beautiful, quiet boutique hotel with amazing breakfasts included in the room rate. We enjoyed lunch and dinner at the hotel every day. While the food was a little pricey, it was absolutely delicious, so we didn't mind paying for the quality and experience. Teresa at the front desk and her assistant were exceptionally kind, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. The restaurant staff was also outstanding and provided excellent service. The beach is gorgeous, although it is on the smaller side. If you're considering staying here, keep in mind that this is a romantic, charming boutique hotel rather than an all-inclusive resort with numerous activities and entertainment options. If you're looking for a peaceful, relaxing getaway with great food and personalized service, Maria's Kan Kin is an excellent choice.

Everything about Maria Kan Kin’s was amazing! We had the Romantic Suite which was upstairs with a large deck and a gorgeous view! Lily, the manager was wonderful! The restaurant, Loretta’s has some of the best food we’ve ever eaten. The beach is fairly small but pristine, plenty of beach chairs and umbrellas. You can order food and drinks from the beach. We truly cannot recommend this hotel enough. It made our stay in Isla Mujeres absolutely perfect!!!

We were in room 10. Enjoyed our stay, room was clean and beaches were great!! Lilly is wonderful and will take care of everything for you!! Beautiful sunsets from your balcony. Punta Sur is very close. Rent a golf cart for your stay and explore the island at your leisure!!

This was our first time to stay at Maria’s Kan Kin. If you’re looking for a peaceful place on the island with serene views, private beach access, a delicious breakfast included and such a friendly, helpful staff this place is amazing! Lily greeted us at check-in and made us feel so welcome. Max waited on us at Loretta‘s for multiple meals. He offered suggestions and attentive service. The beach was clean and offered kayaks and a great place to snorkel. You need to take a taxi from the ferry and Lily let us know that it should cost around 150 pesos. We sat and visited with Lily while we waited for our taxi (which she called for us) after check-out. We were only at Maria’s for two days so we didn’t get to experience everything they had to offer so we will definitely be back!

We LOVE this property. The restaurant, food, the rooms are nice and cold and simple. Lilly the manager is awesome! Always helpful and kind and accommodating. The rooms are cold, cozy, the property is lush and beautiful and they maintain the beach and pool. It's one of our fav places to stay. We like to support Mexican owned businesses when we visit. I would suggest one majorly important thing. While we love love this property the beds are very firm and not as plush and restful. They should consider updating the mattresses. I know FIFA is a big thing right now with the world cup, but they shut the music off at the restauarant and blaired it so loud to the beach that all of us that were resting and relaxing had to hear it for HOURS every day. It's okay to play them of course and it was a huge draw for them however it was not for all the visitors and guests. I had my own speaker and played it and everyone NOT INTO FIFA thanked me and agreed that it was not enjoyable. Lilly understood and tried her best. We will be back!

This small hotel was perfect for us. It is away from the crowds, tucked back on the south side of the island but not too far from the action. Lillie took great care of us.
